If you aren't already familiar, there is a bug with beds that allows you to break them while you're sleeping in it, which gives you a weird collision box. After playing around with it a little, I found that jumping into water while this glitch is active will let you walk through it as if it were air ...

this post really feels like back in the day on minecraftforum when the game was new and people were still figuring out the mechanics haha

can't say i always have a stack of mushrooms on me at the ready, but a neat trick regardless :D

i've heard some people say they love b1.2 since its the last version before beds were added, but nothing will make up for the way grass is rendered with mismatching colors on the sides and top. it looks so ugly to me lol.

if you're using alpha-env, theres even a surface skeleton spawner directly across from the monolith, to the east.

the bridge is my favorite as well. i'm usually not a huge fan of texturing in old minecraft builds, but it was very tastefully done here, i love it.
