3d Anaglyph color bug

I'm not sure how well known this is, but it seems when chunks are reloaded with 3d Anaglyph enabled, the biome colors temporarily get changed. Spruce and birch leaves turn a bit greyish too.
Here's a comparison.

This persists through b1.6–1.5.2. It's fun to see how different builds can look with this strange and cool bug!

The images aren't loading for me. How do you reload the chunks?

The images are from imgur and cannot embed because of the following error:
- {"data":{"error":"Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later."},"success":false,"status":403}
By the way, MintMimic, you can also upload images directly on here

The file upload size is 5MB if I remember correctly.

you can embed with imgur, you just have to post a link to the images themselves. heres what they're supposed to look like:
i'm also curious how to replicate this bug, i've never heard of it before

Sorry the images weren't loading properly. This is all very new to me, so thanks for the help vex and illybee3. Hopefully I'll get it right next time!

The simplest ways to reload chunks is by changing the render distance or turning on/off smooth lighting. Strangely enough, the lighting change that occurs during dawn/dusk also works in this case.
So to replicate this bug:
- Turn on 3d anaglyph
- Disable and re-enable smooth lighting
- Turn off 3d anaglyph
Any chunk will return to normal if either a block update occurs within it, or the chunk is once again reloaded.
