Looking for a vanilla Beta Server

I want to play with people whom I can befriend, not just any open beta server full of random people who dont talk.
Preferably it would be nice if its beta 1.7.3 but I dont mind older versions either. By vanilla I mean no new content, I dont mind essentials and such.
I like to VC but ingame chat is fine too

Retrohaven is my go-to for b1.7.3 servers. It
is an open server, but all of the consistent players are very kind and have become good friends of mine
