Larger builds in these versions always look so cool, but I can never find the motivation to keep going with them whenever I try. How do you keep going with them?

The whole castle is built into a hilly sorta mountain that I've been slowly chipping away at. LOTS isn't quite finished, but its supposed to be for fun so I try not to stress about it all
