I'm not sure how well known this is, but it seems when chunks are reloaded with 3d Anaglyph enabled, the biome colors temporarily get changed. Spruce and birch leaves turn a bit greyish too.

This persists through b1.6–1.5.2. It's fun to see how different builds can look with this strange and cool bug!

The simplest ways to reload chunks is by changing the render distance or turning on/off smooth lighting. Strangely enough, the lighting change that occurs during dawn/dusk also works in this case.
So to replicate this bug:
Turn on 3d anaglyph
Disable and re-enable smooth lighting
Turn off 3d anaglyph
Any chunk will return to normal if either a block update occurs within it, or the chunk is once again reloaded.
